Our automated manufacturing process starts with high quality synthetic fibres and carries through the complete cycle from weaving and dying the polyester to stitching, packaging and shipping each webbing product: round web slings, lifting sling, ratchet straps, tie downs and polyester ropes. Our web slings and lifting sling products are available in a variety of sizes to meet your specific usage requirements. MJ slings are made from 100% polyester webbing, which ensures durability and cost-effectiveness. Our slings, ratchet straps and tie downs made of synthetic materials also resist the harmful effects of acids, bleaching agents and other chemical elements, and prevent slipping and damage to heavy and/or fragile loads.

Synthetic web slings can be manufactured in a variety of sizes, depending on your use. Some typical sizes are: widths from 25mm to 250mm, eye lengths from 250 to 600mm, sewing lengths from 200 to 500mm, and thicknesses of 8 to 9mm.

The breaking load is dependent on the configuration of the lifting sling (whether it is formatted for straight lifts, choker, or single/two-ply basket slings) as well as its width, among other factors. Our standard polyester slings can be manufactured to bear loads from 1,600kg to over 100,000kg.
